where are my coins

amirrezacfd  When you had bought the Apex Coins from the Apex Legends Official Store, did you make sure to sign into the correct EA Account, (and if you're playing on a platform account, (such as Xbox), is your platform account linked to the same EA Account)?

Note: If you're playing on the Switch, Apex Coins purchased from the Apex Legends Official Store will not apply to the Switch's currency wallet, (its instead applied to the wallet shared by your EA Account and your platform accounts).

yeah it was logged in to the correct EA account and it was the right platform i don't know why they are not on my apex account , how can i contact someone to check and solve it for me

From what I understand as well, it can take a few hours to process.

Also, (while logged in), does the total amount of Apex Coins, (found in the top right of the page), reflect the correct amount of Apex Coins that should be in your account?
