I am having this same issue. The infinite loop is only on solo and regular squad ques for me. I can get into ranked squad games. This started last night around 430am eastern time (I live in North Carolina). It would say there was as many as 250+ people in que for regular squads and solo but would never start a game.
Yeah switch to Iowa server
