Stuck On Matching Making/Starting Server

I've been trying to fix this issue for over four hours now. I have updated windows, restarted my PC, restarted the game, updated the game, repaired the game, searched EVERYWHERE for a fix, reinstalle...

@vickytopia04 any luck? i can't host but can definitly join... should we try reinstalling the whole game?
