I've been trying to fix this issue for over four hours now. I have updated windows, restarted my PC, restarted the game, updated the game, repaired the game, searched EVERYWHERE for a fix, reinstalled the game ENTIRELY and nothing has helped my issue. Any time I press ready to get into a game, it's on an infinite loop from "matchmaking" to "starting server" and I cannot get into a game, Again, I've been trying for FOUR hours. I really enjoy playing but I cannot DO ANYTHING.

Currently experiencing an endless queue, and not able to load into a match on PC.

Update your game client. You're on a previous slice and can only match with players running your version and are out of date.

This happening on me too, but mine is on xbox one.. Help ☹️

Guys I was experiencing the same problem and I have found a solution that seems to be working so far. So after each match you must sign out of your EA account in the origin app and the sign back in. Seems to be a temporary fix until the issue is addressed. Hope this helps!

i know its 2021 now but i just made a new acc cuz my old one decayed or something and uh i can only queue arena whenever i queue trios or duos it gets stuck on "matchmaking" ive tried switching servers nothing works

I didn't have this problem till I hit diamond. Now I'm waiting 20-30 min for it to queue me into the match restarting the game trying different servers. None of it helps. On PS5 cross crossplay enabled if it matters

Dude I wish you would just actually read what he said. He said he updated the game client already.
