Submit appeal false ban

These dear EA employees banned my friend's account even though he didn't use any cheats, and we weren't even in the game. We appealed, they closed the case, and I couldn't find a solution, so I decided to write here. First of all, based on my freedom of expression and thought, I want to ask a question. I'm asking freely, there's no reason to get angry. Please review this like a human, not a bot, and don't give us silly bot responses. This is a serious situation—we weren't even in the game. I started the game for my friend, and she's such a terrible player—how could her account be banned for cheating? She's my girlfriend, and she's so far removed from these kinds of issues. I'm writing on her behalf because she doesn't even know how to write or how to seek justice. Please help us and review this manually. Lift the ban on the account [REMOVED] or respond to us. Oh, and one more thing—if you’re going to ban my account just because I’m speaking up and seeking justice, then go ahead and ban it. I’m here to seek justice for my girlfriend. If I were guilty, I wouldn’t have been fighting this since the 29th. I’d just say, “Yes, I used a cheat, you deserve it,” and shut up. But no, there’s a lot of negligence, injustice, and poor management going on here. Please, please do something. And please don’t respond with, “Unfortunately, you need to contact our ToS team,” because my girlfriend wrote to them, and they closed her case. All we ask is that you genuinely investigate and lift the ban because anyone with a mind, logic, and eyes can see there’s no cheating software on the account, and if there were, we wouldn’t be going through all this trouble.

    I'm afraid we cannot review bans on the forums. I see you mentioned that your girlfriend has already created an appeal to have our Terms of Service team take another look, and if that was declined she is welcome to submit another appeal

    A different member of the Terms of Service team will review that again with a new appeal and will reach back out to her once they finish the investigation. These are not automated - a human reviews each appeal.

    It's great that you're just trying to help, but ultimately she has to be the one to submit any appeals from her own account, so please have her keep an eye on her case history page for a response if she decides to create another appeal. Thanks!

    Hello,

    I was banned from Apex Legends while I wasn’t even in-game. The game wasn’t open. No cheats, no overlays, no macros, no VPN — nothing. And yet, somehow, I was banned without warning, without reason, without evidence.

    I appealed. The response?

    “We reviewed your case.”
    “The sanction is valid.”
    “We cannot share our internal procedures.”
    “Case closed.”

    Meanwhile, in Diamond lobbies, there are players blatantly abusing no-recoil cheats, snapping from target to target like they’re robots. We report them over and over — and what does EA say?

    “We did not take any action.”

    Really? So legit players get banned while actual cheaters are untouched, laser-beaming through ranked like it’s a joke? And you expect us to keep trusting this system?

    I spent money in this game. I unlocked an Heirloom. I supported EA in multiple titles. And yet I’m treated like I don’t exist — like my time, money, and trust mean nothing.

    You didn’t just ban my account — you proved that your priorities are upside down.
    You chase shadows while ignoring the obvious.
    And we, the players, are the ones paying for it.

    Was this decision even made after checking whether the game was running?
    If not, I truly hope someone capable still works at EA, someone who’s not afraid to fix what others rushed through.
    Because if no one is willing to admit this was a mistake, then what does that say about your process — or your company?

    Hello again us :D.

    My Partner's '' LuneK_inn'' EA account was permanently banned despite no violation being commited. We contacted support, but no reason or evidence was given. ''The burden of proof lies with the party making accusation.'' If ban was issued , its justticitaion must be shared. Otherwise , this penalty is bothh unethical and a violation of user rights.

    We request a full review of the accouunt and clear explanation of any evidence ( IF IT EXISTS XD :) )

How strange :D. I know that you can't get help from the forum, but it's strange that EA employees aren't helping either and are hiding it from us consumers.     Yes, my apex ac was permanently banned during my normally playing on ps5. And while contact to the support, they just said I broke the EA’s policy and refused to provide any evidence. That was disappointing and frustrating

    Same thing happened to me. I got banned for rule violation and I was not even at the game at that time. I really value my account and I would never try to cheat. 

    I start to think there is a problem with the AntiCheat since many of us are getting falsely banned.
