Stuck on matchmaking

PC/Steam, already validated game files. Stuck on matchmaking for over 1hour, can't get into any match in any mode. Desperately trying to finish the event offers for the new year, before patch update in 3hours. Any advice?

Hey @GoddessCalypso,

Have you tried changing datacenters from the login screen to see if that makes a difference?

Aside from that, the main suggestion would be to go through these connection troubleshooting steps as well, in particular those to flush and/or change your DNS.

I see you mentioned having this trouble in any mode, though do keep in mind the limited time modes in particular can be subject to lower population (and thus longer queue times) depending on when you're trying to connect and whether that's potentially an off-peak time for your region.
