Stuck on "Retrieving Matchmaking Lists" after game crash.
Hey there. So I was going to play Apex earlier today, I started up the game and got into a match. During it I crashed and had to reboot my PC (a bit excessive crash but only Apex causes such crashes). I started the game up again and got greeted with this Screenshot
So I did what I knew, and tried the "ESC" trick and gain access to the data center screen, but its blank. Here's a screenshot of that as well.
After that I tried the following things with no success:
- Reinstall the game and Origin.
- Log out of origin and log in again.
- Restart computer
- Repaired the game
- Delete the files that Apex saves under the "Saved Games" folder created by windows.
- I deleted the actual CFG folder in the Apex Legends installation folder.
- I used -tcp as a launch option both in Origin and as a shortcut directly to r5apex.exe
- I've turned off Windows Firewall and bypassed my router on my fiber connection.
- I had already opened all ports for Apex/Titanfall 2 in my router before hand, but I reapplied them. My ISP does not block any other port than port 20. (I work for them)
- Hell, I even for the sake of it renewed my DHCP lease by doing ipconfig /release all, ipconfig /renew all in CMD but no difference there.
- I cleaned out my temporary folder, and repaired Easy Anti-Cheat.
- Ran the game as an Administrator but no difference.
Beyond these things I'm not sure what to do. If I only had access to the console I probably could get more debug info but as of right now that isn't possible. I was in contact with EA support on this and they have forwarded this as bug to the devs but I wanted to signal boost the thing here as well
