Stuck on "Retrieving Matchmaking Lists" after game crash.

Hey there. So I was going to play Apex earlier today, I started up the game and got into a match. During it I crashed and had to reboot my PC (a bit excessive crash but only Apex causes such crashes)...

Can you try using a different account as a test? It sounds like the account might be in a bad state, and you clearly know your way around local troubleshooting.
