stuck on shader ..... game crashes when i to event tab

still cant play its been 2 or 3 weeks ive tried almost everything trying to fix this event game crash thing im fed up trying and trying i dont know what else to do waiting on the shader screen for 10 mins and even when game loads it wont let me even go to firing range... anyone know what i can do ???????
