There's a guide on Steam that said this could help the CPU usage issue, never tried it myself but i'm just gonna share it here.

I've already tried everything literallyPardon my ignorance regarding CPU Usage (or lack of knowledge about it) but does it not only affect/apply to PC users & not consoles as the only possible solutions I've read for it seem revolve around PC's.
