Stuttery choppy Battle Royale over 130 FPS. Arena smooth.

As the title says, my experience on Battle Royale is really bad. Happens in multipla maps. FPS are high enough, but it feels choppy in a way. Arena feels buttery smooth. 

I'm on a RX 6700 XT, 165 hz 1440p monitor. The game runs between 100 - 165 FPS. 

What I've tried:

I've only tried this on FullScreen. Windowed looks a little better but gives me more delay, I won't comprimise that. I want full screen performance.
Adaptive Sync Enabled and Disabled. 
Cap FPS to 165, 164, and even tried at 120 FPS with 120 hz (my monitor allows 165 / 144 / 120 / 100 / 80 / 60 hz)
Update graphic drivers to last version. 

I'm trying now these commands that I saw somewhere and see if something changes. -dev -novid -high +fps_max 0

The problem's been going for over a year, and don't really want to play this way. I dropped the game a few months ago, but I'm giving it another chance.
