I'm not upset. I am really concern about my legal rights as a person. They don't provide me the reason of ban. Just texted from script "It is vailotion for our customer service or what ever". They didn't provide me the whole reason of ban.
They just did said it was in our User Agreement as hateful Conduct.
What is Hateful Conduct? Their explanation.
What is the exact part of that Agreement that was violated?
Nothing of that wasn't replied to me> SO that is BAN FOR NO REASON.
To be perfectly clear here, a permanent ban will be the result of all actions taken on your account, not just one single word that was said.
We do not allow slurs or insults, especially with regards to someone's nationality or mental capacity for example. It's simply not acceptable.
Generally speaking, a permanent ban would come after a prior warning or suspension failed to result in a change in behavior.
While it's certainly appreciated that you've been playing our games for a while, that does not allow additional leeway when it comes to harassment.
You would be held to the same User Agreement and Rules of Conduct, regardless of when you started playing. Discriminatory and rude remarks are not acceptable.
Our Terms of Service team is here in these cases to review your appeals and make sure that what was reported is actually a violation of the rules above. They are not here to see whether it was a "justified" use of a slur or insult - no such thing.
If someone else is harassing you, report them and place them on ignore. Resorting to insults of your own will only result in account actions being taken.
Closing the thread here as it's been correctly stated that we cannot make any changes to address these actions on the forums.
