Switched from Xbox to Ps5 and lost everything
I switched from Xbox to PS5 and lost everything all skins, characters, levels, heirloom, etc. is there any way I can get them back? Same EA account

Can you quickly check here to make sure that everything is linked properly?
Also, if you load the game up on Xbox do you still see your progress there?
It says Xbox then it’s say link but when I click link it says “Your accounts can’t be linked because your Xbox account MrFrosty002 already linked to your EA Account for be*****@outlook.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime.” I haven’t checked if I have everything on Xbox still because I don’t own one anymore. Also I appreciate you getting back to me.

It sounds like your Xbox is linked to a different EA account, which is why you're not seeing anything on your PlayStation. I'd be careful about unlinking it though: all of your game progress is stored on the EA account level, so if you unlink your Xbox and then relink it elsewhere none of the progress will carry over. You might be better off linking your PlayStation to it rather than the other way around.
I just checked on Xbox I still have all my things and I used the same email for both Xbox and PlayStation for all my games.

They may have the same email, but if they're not linked to the same EA account then you won't see the progress on both of them. If you don't see your Xbox linked under the connections tab that I shared above, then it's linked to a different EA account, hence why you're not seeing your progress.
