[TEMP SOLUTION] FOR CODE:NET BUGGED ACCOUNTS

If you have trouble with connecting to lobby or matches and find yourself stuck at loading screen and then also get errors which are "reservation timed out" & "code:net". I found a temporary solution for people suffer from same problem with me. This problem only occurs on specific accounts (like my main -this- account)We are able to connect to matches and play without any issue on alt-accountsSo I hope this temporary solution lights the way for the devs to find a permanent fix.

  • Follow directory: Control Panel > Network & Internet > Network Connections. You will see there is an Ethernet or Wi-Fi adapter depends on your connection type. Let this window stay opened all the time because you will need it.
  • Open origin interface because you will need it also.
  • Launch Apex & play the game.
  • When you understand you are stuck at loading screen to a match, you should be quick as much as you can: Immediately press alt+tab and right click on Ethernet (or wi fi) then let it stay disabled untill you see "you are offline" sentence with "go online" button on home screen of Origin.
  • Right click on Ethernet and Enable it again.
  • Click on "Go Online" button (you can keep clicking it untill origin connects to the internet)
  • İmmediately go back to the game (switch to apexs window back because you did not exit game)

You will see a screen like this :

  • Click on "Retry" button and wait. Thats it! It provides healthiest re-connection the match.

I do this steps in 5~8 seconds so I don't even miss legend pick screen. (you can reconnect even after legend pick, most people are shocked when they see it and say "where the hell did you come from, we had no teammate LOL!") My account's success rate of connection was %10~20 before this solution that I found. I have tested it for 30+ games without any failure. But you should be quick. Because your connection reservation will be timed out a few seconds after the dropship takes off. You have plenty of time to do this steps in order. It won't work if you are late.

    @OldTwitchDog "Alt tab thing" does not work for me either. If we get back to our subject, you should play it on origin for applying my methods above. Felt sad for your another issues in origin.

  • @SIRA_worker It is the first negative feedback, I think it is supposed to be related server issues these days. Can you follow Respawn Official Twitter Account announcements and try this solution again after they resolve current common connectivity problems?

    Hey managed to play a bunch of games in a row(40+) i dont know if it's my switch from steam to origin or the update but i didnt got the bug since. 
    Hope all of you guys are either fine or patch will fix it soon.

  • not working for me. freezing on champion squad screen. and freezing after game connecting to the lobby. patch has had little to no impact for me. xbox one player.

    Good evening, thank you for your temporary fix, but I don't think I will be going through all this trouble just to fix the code net. are there any updates on you're gameplay?
