I am playing with the wireless connection for like 3 seasons now, and it was all good before the last event. I mean my game was always lagging a little bit because my network is bad, and by lag I mean slight teleporting (not often), but this is completely different, this is just freezing the WHOLE match and not being able to do anything. My friends are experiencing the same thing too after the update so I'm saying again its a game problem not mine!
I just noticed that you didn't send 100 packets. Can you run that test one more time and let the packets get to 100 before stopping it?
Also, if you stay on a wireless connection, lag and disconnects can be a pretty regular experience. One of the single best upgrades you can do is switch to a wired connection. You could also try getting a powerline adaptor. I use a couple of them myself and they have worked really well.

I just got an network adapter today, so I am using the wired connection now. I ran the test today and left the packets get to 100 like u said. I had like 3 matches with 0 lag I finally thought its fixed, but was wrong. The game was lagging so much that I just closed the game... Anyways here are the results

The connection to your router is great. Right after that is where the trouble begins. The node in your neighborhood appears to be the problem. This looks to be an issue with your ISP. Have you tried contacting them and showing them these results?

Yes, I have. The workers have been here and changed the router and said that some wire is a problem. Idk if they will even fix it or when they will fix it...

Is there anything I can do to stop the lag though?

You mention that your ISP says there's an issue on they need to fix. That's not something we can help with. You'll have to wait for them to take care of it.

@marincro51IThere has been a issue which uses 100% of your CPU all the time. This has come since gensis event. it affects all platforms.

Hello, @SpectreFang
That is a separate issue. If you're experiencing 100% CPU usage, take a look at this possible resolution.

Just to be clear, the issue you're facing is that your CPU is at 100%? Do you have any other details? - 5 years ago
@EA_AljoI have tried
- reintall and repair on steam and origin
- start in safe mode
- update os and drivers
- set affinity to 2 cores

Thank you. I'm not seeing any issues with your DxDiag. Unfortunately, I think you'll just have to wait and see if we release an update that resolves this. It's currently being investigated and the only potential resolutions you've already tried. Apologies for the frustration ☹️
