The apex account was stolen by hackers and cheated, resulting in the ban

My steam account was hacked on February 22nd, but I didn't know it at the time because I was finishing a job that took a month. My EA account is linked to steam, so every time I play apex, I play...

    Hi @Miku00031, 

    On Answers HQ, we're limited in the assistance we can offer and bans or suspensions are one of those cases where we're not able to help much. We can't look into them and we can't lift them. The Terms of Service exclusively handle those cases. If they determined that the ban should remain in place, I'm afraid that means the account will stay banned.

I'm sorry to hear this happened to you. It's never a great feeling to discover your account has been compromised and items were taken. While we can't look into this from the forums, I strongly recommend following these steps to help re-secure your account. As you've mentioned, accounts linked to your EA account can be used to access the Ea account too so it's important to ensure they are secure also. Please make sure to take advantage of the security settings available for any of the connected accounts linked up to the EA account as a result. Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as Steam, Amazon and Twitch, Console accounts (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc), mobile accounts (Apple ID, Google Play) and Social Media accounts (Facebook). 

Once you've updated your security settings, our support team can take a look into the missing content side of things for you. Use the steps in this EA Help guide to connect with the support team:

@EA_Lanna As you said here, I only realized the importance of account security after my account was hacked. People only understand the value of an item or thing after losing it. This game account is very important to me. has extraordinary significance. So I found out on March 6 and contacted customer service to modify and improve account security. Now my account is safe. Like I said above, this account means a lot to me, and I really don't want it to disappear because of malicious cheating.
