"The client is not running anti cheat or has failed anti cheat authentication

The game launches and on main menu it stutters for some seconds and gives error message "The client is not running anti cheat or has failed anti cheat authentication and i tried so many solution but nothing happens and when i try to repair and install the esayanticheat it wont open pls help me 

i tried 

1- reinstall the game 

2- delete the easyanticheat folder and repair the game 

3- update all drivers and windows updates
