In the same boat. I did not play for over 2 weeks. Logged into today and got maybe 6-8 games in before I got kicked out of ranked for client ban.
I was able to log in again for short bit before the same thing happened. "The client's game account has been banned".
EA Ban History is clear and it seems pretty clear this isn't a true ban, but some kind of bug. The only question is what exactly is triggering this bug and how do we prevent it from happening again? Don't forget to make a case with EA support and download your EA account history.
Download the history to confirm that your account wasn't hacked or accessed by someone else. There seems to be reports of unknown parties bypassing 2FA and stealing accounts. Mine was clear, but some of these bans can be explained due to that.
@WarMuffin0341 Bro I have never in millions years used any sort of cheats or third party applications which are against the games or Ea's policies. But still they banned my ID! I have received reply from the advisors that this would be the final decision. But the question is why would I use cheats or any third party applications on my main account in which i gave more than 2500 hours and also have 3 HEIRLOOM'S and I also have some sort of proof that this is a bug!
