@SiddarthRoy_YT I got banned 2 days ago for no reason. I appealed and got denied. I am appealing again. This game has rampant cheaters, and yet I'm getting banned for no reason. If I don't get my 3500 hour account with tons of heirlooms back I will not be playing this game anymore. This is absolutely BS
@ClamSlaya There are a hell lot of cheaters still in game using hacks freely but they are banning us with no record of cheats or infractions and despite of having all the proof that it is a false BAN here i am waiting and disputing!
I had an infraction two years ago for telling some guys to eff off, but that was TWO years ago. I don't cheat. This customer service is a joke. no wonder the game is dying. If I don't get my account back I could care less. I have spent way too much time and money on this account to start over. Also here is a picture of me with HAL and Wigg at LAN.

Trying to gather some additional information so we can have consistent evidence across all of our reports.
As this happens more and more, it'll (hopefully) strengthen our reports and maybe assist with identifying what exactly is triggering this.@WarMuffin0341 It shows no bans in my history, but I got an email telling me I cheated and denied my appeal. I never cheated though. No ban history. Ridiculous
