The donwload comes to 99% and comes back to 40%

Hello dear community of Apex Legends.

i am trying to download the game the download bar comes to 99% and coming back to 40% and its starts all over alot of times.

i tryes to delete origin and the folder of Apex Legends and try agin to download the game and its the same problem

it allways coming back to 40%
