Hey there, legends! I have an update for you all.
Marked as a solution for visibility. This issue is not yet resolved.
Event Challenges are still active and your overall event progress is still being tracked even though you're not seeing it. Event Challenges can still be viewed by checking the side of your map screen while in a match.
We have a server patch planned to go live Wednesday morning that will fix Event and Daily/ Weekly challenges. For the affected players, your progress and rewards you've earned through the Event Challenges will be rewarded retroactively.

but i'm alos not getting my rewards im at 4000 xp for the event and i don't have the three trackers for pathfinder yet

I'm glad they're getting it fixed, and I know everyone seems to only be concerned with the event, but any word on compensation for us losing a week of battle pass challenges (content that we paid for)? As far as I've seen they haven't acknowledged it beyond, "Woopsie, it'll be fixed." Meanwhile, a bunch of us are over here missing out on being able to complete our battle pass.

So those of us that have been having issues the entire event and were waiting for a response are just out of luck? All of my challenges are gone, not just the event ones. My game is consistently launching me solo about 30% of the time and after I exhausted all recommended “troubleshooting” options. I just stopped trying. When two game modes had passed without a solution, I gave up, realizing that it would be mathematically impossible to earn the rewards and didn’t bother playing 3rd person or Live.Die.Live as a solo player (for obvious reasons on the latter).. I’m just wondering. I play on PC and PS4 and the issue is affecting the PS4, which wouldn’t be a big deal if I could use the same account across platforms, but I can’t. I had originally started playing on PS4 the day after launch but a few months later bought a gaming PC (lightyears away from the PC I had at the time) and started making the move to PC and not using PS4. Ahhh, well... I spent $$$ on Apex packs those first few months and accumulated the majority of items in the pool (on PS4). I’m a completionist to the core so I’m serious about collecting “limited time” stuff in game but I’m not going to spend $500.00 again just to catch up on PC and waste the other account... Any suggestions on how I can go about tackling these issues?
