This is because all of the cards are not completed, everything is on a counter. Those are the final rewards for when you complete the story based cards. As you can see on the last Lit up one, it will unlock in a certain amount of days, and will finish around the middle of the second split. once they're unlocked, you will be able to claim the final rewards for completing the chapters after you have collected all 45 packs (Which you have) Everything else is on a time lock.
