Tokyo server destroyed by hacker

There are many many many many many many many many  CHEATERS in Tokyo server.

At every mutch,  i killed by cheater,

Cheater is increased more than season5 sprit1.

i am master rank when sprit 1 ,but sprit2 is not so easy.

Would it be possible to give me and my friends rank points???

im japanese  so i am not good at English:<

    I know it is pretty upsetting when you see someone cheating like that. Unfortunately we don't have a way to give out ranked points. 

    If you see someone who might be cheating or breaking the rules it would be best to report them. That way the Terms of Service team can review their account and take the appropriate actions. You can find more information on how to submit a report at the EA Help website.

    @Kqstle_125_y Hello. I am afraid that you aren't going to get given 'free rank points' that doesn't happen and if you have cheaters in your game I would just report them and move onto the next game. Everyone encounters cheaters across all platforms and for the moment, it is just something that we have to deal with.
