Trios, getting kicked before character selection

Only in trios, someone in my party gets kicked before character selection. We will just rejoin the party and try again and then it happens all over again to someone else in the party. We have tried to have someone else be the party leader and it still doesn’t work. Have not been able to play a match of trios because of this. No issues in duos, just trios.
