Trouble playing apex at 120 fps on Xbox Series S

I recently bought an Xbox series s and a MSI gaming monitor to get the next gen specs and graphics. I was super excited to play apex at 120 fps but haven't figure out how to enable the 120 fps option. My monitor has a 165 hertz refresh rate which is more than needed for 120 fps but I still can't play apex at 120 fps. I can play other games like halo infinite and fortnight at 120 fps but not apex. Does anyone know how to enable this setting or get it at 120 fps? PLEASE HELP!
