Twitch drops and EA support

First, please check the image. I have attached an image for your reference. As you can see in the image, this Twitch drop is marked as claimed. However, it has not been acquired on the Apex side. My request is to fix this issue.

If it's not possible, I'd like to know why it's not possible.

Sure, feel free to ask your question about the quality of EA support.

Please take a look at the following message.

Thank you for contacting EA Help. My name is Abhishek, and I'll be assisting you today. To help pinpoint the issue and provide the best assistance, could you please clarify your concerns? Additionally, I would like to further assist you, so please provide the following details:

EA account email address

Can you access the email address?

Platform used to access the game

Username (EA ID)

Any error messages (if displayed on the screen) I look forward to your response.

The above message is the recent response from EA when I inquired about Twitch drops through EA Help. Frankly, I find it unbelievable. Despite making my questions and requests clear in the initial inquiry, they keep asking the same things repeatedly. Moreover, they are asking for the same account details that were provided in the previous exchanges. It doesn't seem like a professional approach. Why would they engage in such behavior? Is this the attitude EA has towards users worldwide? If you'd like to know the case number of the inquiry, I can provide it.

I want a response regarding these two points.
