So i wanted to get the apex skins from twitch prime I could claim them but my ea account was never linked to amazon prime I tried to connect my account but then i was getting send to a page where ...
If you're not seeing a link on the EA Account itself but the Prime account is showing a link, that's likely been linked to the wrong account.
If you're not able to unlink this or locate the EA Account that already has this attached, I would reach out to an advisor.
They will need to try and help locate and recover the correct EA Account so you can get everything linked correctly.
