Twitch Prime Loot PS4 Horizon Skin
Hello,
I've been receiving loot for Apex Legends from Twitch/Prime Gaming for a couple months now.
When I tried to claim the Inverse Polarity Skin for the character Horizon an error seems to have occurred despite linking my EA and Twitch accounts the skin has not appeared in my skin pool.
Further to this after consulting both EA and Twitch help pages - I have unlinked my account and re-linked them however this has not solved the problem.
Just to be clear I only have one EA and Twitch account, not multiple and since it has worked in the past I see no reason for there to be an error now.
Can you please look into this?
