how do you cap? Did you try RTSS?
Yes i cap with RTSS and vsync disabled in game. Ofc i have ryzen high performance power plan , lastest vga drivers chipset and BIOS.
After few days of testing every possible try like freesync, antylag 1ms ON etc. My conclusion is I getting best smoothnes with vsync ON but it drops anyway while jumping to map on few areas, like west and east fragment even standing close to wall.
It must be cpu issue i think.
But r5 3600 oc'ed to 4,4 with 3600 memory with 5700xt isn't enought to cap 144hz monitor on 1080p?
ofc a 3600 is enaugh, i've a 3600x at 4.25ghz with a 3070 and play with stable 180fps.

Is this possible that not activated windows may block full system performance ?
Well except for a few restrictions in Windows itself and updates that you cannot completely obtain, not that I know of. The missing updates could, however, cause problems. The question is, why didn't you enable Windows? A key is available on Ebay for around € 5
