Sorry for not getting back to you again sooner; could you check your Steam region settings to make sure that they're accurate to where you actually live? I know that if there's a mismatch there that it can cause issues when trying to purchase things like in-game currency.

Hi,
I have checked my EA and Steam account and their region setting both are correct, so it doesn't work for me. By the way, I haven't met the same problem in other games at Steam.

@GAsupT3T,
This might seem drastic, but could you try a clean boot? Just in case there's a background program that's somehow interfering with Apex Legends?

It was also pointed out to me that it could somehow be a language settings issue. Can you try setting your Steam/Windows to EN to see if you can purchase coins then?
