Unable to connect to Apex servers

Who else experienced in the last 1 hour the game don!t wanna run just initialization come and retry and nothing else

Anyone know why I can't load into the lobby? It keeps saying Internet error but I have already done all recommended troubleshooting

People on the looking for group post for Xbox keep saying if you can't load in your banned for using zen.

I don't use zen and I'm a low plat player lol my k.d is awful
