Unable to connect to EA servers.

I'm from Brazil and many of my friends are having the same ensue and the internet connection it's over to good , others games it's working normally. Apex legend is the only one that is broken. Can a...

Hi @alfredoieda2202.

Are you still having any trouble getting signed into Apex Legends? If so let's try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can get you back online. The best place to start would be over at the Basic Connection Troubleshooting steps on the EA Help website.

If you're still having trouble afterward check out the platform-specific steps as well:

- PC

- Xbox One

- PlayStation 4

it still wont connect to the ea servers and it says that i cant play online
