I am having the exact same issue. I have been trying to figure it out for about 3.5 hours now. I have restarted the app/game more than 5 times, I have hard-restarted the Xbox twice, I have reset my router and I have tried changing the data center all with no success! At this point I am pretty effing irritated considering this was my only day to play. Hopefully they fix this bs soon or I’ll not be playing apex anymore.
Have anyone able to connect yet? I got problem connecting with my main profile but able to connect on another profile,, what's happening?

No it still saying unable to connect I’ve tried everything, it’s definitely something EA need to fix. I’ve opened ports on my router, hard reset, cleared the cash, uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Still no joy
