unable to connect to ea servers

Both me and a friend of mine are having the same issue, we can connect to the game as you can see in the photo added
we've tried to wait for the "data center downloading" to build up, gave it time, reached to 408 and stuck on it.
we're both from the same country (israel) and we have the same problem since yesterday, 
we tried to give it time but its been more than 12  hours

we tried also reinstalling the game, restarting the pc, and  giving easyanticheat administrator privileges 

please help

    Thanks for the posts, we've passed this along to be looked into further.

    I see a number of you have mentioned already checking with your ISPs to ensure there wasn't an issue. 

    Can you let us know which ISP you're using if you're still experiencing this issue?

    Looks like the only thing that constantly fixing this issue for me is using VPN so I'll probably recommend  ya'll to get a decent vpn for now

    @IiTzJuzo1 It's not solved. they just refresh the connection and it's ok for a few hours then you can't see server list again.
    did it twice already and it came back after awhile.

    If you speak to them make sure they don't think they fixed it by renewing ur connection, they need to report it forward cuz this issue is above the moked representatives.

    @terminos ill check tomorrow again and update u,they made sure multiple times that it is fixed,hopefully is

    Don't just tell them to reset, cuz this will be down again after a while or when you reset the PC.

    It's important to let them know it's not  problem with your internet but with their connection. bezeq has a problem.

    I spoke to them again today, again they said they will forward the problem to higher departments. hope they will find what's wrong.

    i have told them to reset it,they did and it worked fine the day after,the techy made sure that everything is fixed and working properly
