Unable to enter Apex Legends

I have been getting problems logging into Apex Legends for the last 2 weeks. Sometimes I had to sit there for 30 min trying to get into the game and even turn of my PS4 and turn it on again and again. My PS4 account is Uthred0168/UthredOGIB. So I wondered if you could look into that EA or Respawn. I am not blaming anyone but I'm just trying to grind ranked with my friends, but I am not able to do that if I can't get into the game

@Yeetus_Dele69tus can you try going through our basic and advanced connection steps if your issue continues?

@Yeetus_Dele69tus Does it just take 30 minutes to get into the lobby, or are you getting any specific messages?

@EA_Illium the 30 minutes was just an example. There are times when I just have to wait 10 minutes and restart Apex again and again and then there are times where I have to wait longer. There were 2 times where I had to wait almost for an hour till I could play.
