That's correct. After launching the game, I select "Redeem Code" in the in-game store. However, the message "Code invalid. This portal is for promo codes. Please redeem it on the respective platform" appears.

The only solution I can think of is to use a different Discord Account to get another code.

I’ve seen others doing that method here as well. However, it’s very time-consuming, so I was hoping there might be a better solution.

I suppose contacting EA is the only option left...

chu_yadon​ I do have a second Discord Account, (for testing purposes and for cases like this one), so I'll send you the code once the Discord Quest is completed.

The quest is completed, so I've sent the code, hopefully it works for you!

Update: chu_yadon​ Completed the Street Fighter 6 Discord Quest on another Discord Account, so I still have the code if someone else is having issues redeeming the code they got from Discord.
