Unable to shoot while crouched
I have 'Hold to Crouch' mapped to mouse button 4. While holding crouch I cannot shoot. There is no animation change or anything. Any ideas?

That's an odd one @NOLAgunn3r, I have crouch mapped to M4 also and have no issues shooting.
Can you try setting controls back to default and see if you can crouch and shoot then? If so try to rebind the keys again to see what happens.
