Unable to unlink PlayStation account – unlink button is greyed out

Hello, I need help with unlinking my PlayStation Network account from the wrong EA account.

My original Apex Legends account was linked to my PlayStation account. My original EA ID was Nikolajnica.

After my email was compromised, I ended up with a different EA account and now Apex Legends starts with a new level 1 account.

I was told that I need to unlink my PlayStation account and link it to the correct EA account, but the Unlink button is greyed out and I cannot click it.

Could you please help me unlink my PlayStation Network account or restore the correct EA account connection so I can get my original Apex Legends progress back?
