Underage Account

So I'm trying to install Apex Legends on my pc through the origin launcher and it says my age requirement is not met (I'm 13 and the game is a pegi 16). However my parents say its OK to install the game so is there any way I can change the age on my account without having any form of proof so I can play the game? BTW This is my second account so its not on this one, I was having a problem with longing in on this device.

    Online play should be allowed for ages 13 and up. Try contacting an advisor by opening a case here. You may still have a child account that needs to be converted to a teen account. They can look into this for you.

    Whenever I try to install it through origin and I press Add To Library it comes up with age requirement not met so I can't even install it. It is possible that I have a child account so if I do how do I upgrade it to a teen account?

    (This is the account it wasn't working on) My account is a teen account and I contacting an EA person to help me. They said to clear my origin cache (so I did) and I still can't install it. What should I do?

    I got an email from an EA advisor and he said it wouldn't work with a teen account, so is there any way I can install the game?
