Since past Tuesdays' server updated, my account has turned underage/minor, so now social content is missing, specially guild chat. I'm an officer, so it is significantly affecting my game experience.

Of course I am an adult, and have been playing with no issues for more than 5 years. My birthdate is correctly set on my Google Account and my EA account linked.

I've tried several solutions posted at the forums, including device hard reset, but haven't worked. 6 contacts with EA support, and in the last one they kindly said they were going to investigate it, but nothing by the moment.

The difference with other posts is that the account has suddenly had this change, it worked as an adult account for the last 5 years.
