unknown cheating program

So around a week ago, i got banned from playing Apex Legend on my account. According to EA I have been using cheat software to disconnect players from the server. At first, I thought there was a mistake from EA and I got banned by mistake. So I make another EA account and hoping I can play Apex while I wait for my old apex account to be investigated and reviewed by EA's terms and conditions team.

I played in the new account and everything went normal except there is one match where I played with two other people and one of them gets disconnected. At first, I didn't think of it as much because a lot of people get disconnected regularly, so I thought it's because of the server/connection issue. The next day or 2 days after that, I logged back into the account to play Apex but I found out that the account has been banned too. I started to get confused but at the same time, I realized that EA stated that I have been playing using a cheating program to disconnect people from the server and I specifically remembered there's only one person that got disconnected while I was playing in that fresh and new account.

So I am worried that there is a cheating program on my computer that I didn't know of. To be honest, I never played or downloaded apex's cheating program, but I know EA won't unban me only because I said I haven't played with the cheat program. Might unknowingly have an apex cheating program on my computer and I wanted to get * all of the data? or anything else, please just provide me with solutions that might help me with this case. I have no other explanation for my banned account because it's impossible that a new account that I exactly remembered to be played normally by me without using the cheating program or whatsoever.

I've researched some DDosing case done by a Youtuber and they have to stop playing and started typing things to disconnect the player from the server. I don't know if this case is the same as mine but I wanted to resolve this case as quickly as possible. I asked EA about the footage of me doing the cheat in game and analyze it, i remembered i don't even freeze for a moment to do anything else when playing the game and especially before the player got disconnected from the game. But sadly EA don't discuss that and said there is nothing could be done. I think it's only impossible to do the cheat without stopping for a moment in the game. I have no idea what to do with this problem and i can't play Apex anymore in my PC.
