Unknown file version (paks\Win64\pc_all.opt.starpak)

I keep getting this error when going into training mode, after a small bit of playing.

I have tried:

Reinstalling the game from scratch, 3 times, twice in safe download mode.

Repairing the game, 12 times.

I've been at this for about 2 days now. I'm not sure what else to try, and I might just give up on trying to play the game. Does anyone have a clue on what to do?
