Unlink PSN account without access to the ea account linked to it

So i need help i had my playstation account since around 2012, and i had a different email back then which it was a hotmail that today i dont have access to but im guessing when i lend someone my account they got on a ea game and the email got registered but funny thing is i used to play apex on ps4 with this account and i cant unlink it when i sign in via PSN to ea account i can see it says the old email i had is linked to it and for me to unlink it i need to confirm it on the email. i tried contacting support and for whatever reason they dont believe its mine even tho i literally gave them MY PSN LOG IN INFO. like its literally my account like even i can change the password if its necessary for extra prove but they still dont understand. i cant link it to my current email. i can access the ea account via the psn log in but i dont have the log in for the EA account it self. the staff asked me for the year month and day created but like i said before im only in it cause of the psn log in i can see few things in the ea account but some are hidden, birth it says its around 1984 or something. i DONT HAVE THE EA ACCESS why is he asking me for the info i cant grab. even gave them the info on a purchase made in their game with date and month specifically idk what else to do cause i really want to play apex in my ps4 account on pc because of the new account merge but cant go around this. its dumb that with my literally log in info they yet dont believe me like LOG IN YOURSELF I GAVE YOU THE PASSWORD i dont know what else to do.
