Unlinking account

So I linked my Apex account on steam to my older xbox account by accident. (this account) And i want to switch to my new account. But I have to wait months for it to unlink now. Is there anyway possible for me to unlink my steam account early and swap my stuff over for cross progression. Could EA unlink it for me?
