Hey @juicay,

If this is linked to an EA Account you no longer have access to, it would be best to get in touch with support directly so they can take a look.

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.

Yea I click make a case and it just sends me straight to just a page where I cant make a case its just a help page with general answers and fixes and then I go to the make a case through the website and its just an endless loop
