Verification code not being sent

Hey guys.. ok so i redownloaded apex legends on my new ps5 the other day eager to play again but when i go to login to my account there is no verification code being sent.. like at all. So i tried logging into the website and same thing.. i was getting no verification code. At first i thought it was just my email however i tested it and other verification codes came in right away just not EA’s.. so please help a brother out i beg. I jus wanna play the game and not have all my money down the drain i spent on the game.🙏🏾
