You mentioned that you have bought that EA Play account. Was this account created by someone else or do ju just mean that you have purchased EA play membershp on the account and your email has been changed by somone?

I am also having an issue verifying my email. I am using the same email I have been using for all my EA games and it's not sending a code to that email it's saying that it's a duplicate email and to use a different one
