Very high ping after every match

I am new to Apex and I want to enjoy this game with my friends, but it's literally impossible due to high ping spikes after every 1–2 matches. 

Long story short, I play on 70-80 ping (which is kinda high when we talk about FPS shooters, but it's not that big of a deal).  After every 1 or 2 games (3 if I'm lucky), my ping suddenly jumps to 170. Now, 170 is actually affecting my gameplay as the delay/lag becomes quite noticeable. I simply do not understand why is this happening? In every single other game I play, my ping stays the same (around 70). But for some reason, in Apex, my ping is so unstable, and I can't play more than 3 games without having a huge ping spike. Also, it sometimes happens at the very first match and then the other match I play is back to 70 ping. 

I tried different datacenters, changed DNS settings, restarted the router and did lots of other things to fix this issue but nothing worked. I am desperate because I know that this is not the ping I'm supposed to play with. Why do I have 70-80 and play with it for a few matches, but then suddenly in another match I have 170 which completely destroys my experience? I also want to mention that I play on Amsterdam, Belgium, Frankfurt and London, the issue occurs on every single datacenter. Switching between them in the main menu does not help. 

Please, I am desperate to fix this issue as it affects my gameplay a lot. Thanks in advance.
