@addylone2006 Hello, this is also happening to me and many other people who are with virgin media I believe. I am on 1 gig internet as well and still have massive packet loss issues. I really do think the issue is with virgin themselves but they refuse to ever admit that. It’s deeply frustrating so I feel your pain.
