Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps.
Power cycle the PlayStation console
- Completely turn off the PlayStation by holding the power button.
- Wait for the power light to stop flashing, remove the power cable and leave the system for 20 minutes.
- Reconnect and attempt to launch Safe Mode.

Power cycling has not worked I tried it earlier today and I do not know what you mean by audio set up. I have the typical audio set up with wired headphones plugged into my controller. @EA_Atic
- EA_AticMore if you are using speakers, or headphones and what brand if you done any audio settings changes etc @donepicface
/Atic@EA_Atic I use the SteelSeries Artic 1 headset, as for audio settings I haven't changed them at all
- @EA_Atic same issue on Xbox. I’ve reinstalled the game, cleared Mac, power cycled, changed audio inputs(atmos, dts, windows) none of that works. I’m using HyperX Cloud 2 Wired. Sometimes my mic shows up, sometimes it doesn’t even register. Clearly it’s not an issue with just one person as there’s multiple forums with this same issue. I still haven’t seen apex or respawn even acknowledge this issue on their twitter.
